- You will need to email us a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once your purchase is verified, we’ll contact you until your issue is resolved or a refund is issued.
Returns
We do not accept the return of the physical product for any reason. Items sent back to us will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photographs of the issue are always appreciated. Please contact us at support@cognishield.com.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve initiated your refund, please contact us at support@cognishield.com.
